There is a problem with my cigars. I want to return them, how can I proceed?
We are truly sorry that there is an issue with your cigars. We check cigars for quality issues regularly, and before sending them out to you. Nevertheless, we have a 24-hour return policy. Please tell us what is wrong with your cigars, and we will either exchange them for new ones, or refund you. In case of exchange, we will bear the transportation cost.
Why is the return policy only valid for 24 hours?
Cigars are organic, fragile creations. Storage conditions are paramount to keep them in good conditions, and while our storage conditions are optimal, we cannot guarantee the ones they will face upon reception, therefore we must impose a 24-hour limit to this policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I pay by cash?
Payment by cash can be accepted on a case-by-case situation. Please contact our team after your order is complete to know more.
